How about...................
Put a spoon of your favourite jam in the shell - then a scoop of ice cream - cover with meringue, making sure you don't leave any gaps around the edge - then either pop into a very hot oven until coloured or quickly blast with your blow torch
Choose a nice sweet dessert apple - peel and core - cut in half and slice finely - brush the base of the cup with apricot jam - place the sliced apple (trying to keep the half shape) into the shell - dust with cinnamon - when cooked and the apple is soft, brush with hot apricot jam
Put a spoon of raspberry or strawberry jam in the bottom of the shell - make a butter-sugar and almond bakewell mixture and cook as normal
Fill the pastry case with crème patisserie - top with raspberries, strawberries or your favourite fruit - dust with icing sugar
Add a half apricot or your favourite fruit to the shell - top with meringue - sprinkle with flaked almonds and proceed as for baked Alaska as above
Fill the case with well drained fromage frais - top with vanilla chestnut puree - dust with cocoa
